NodeProxies provides residential, datacenter, mobile 5G, and unlimited proxy services. These services grant you access to IP addresses for the purpose of web data collection, market research, ad verification, and other lawful activities. Service features and availability may change without prior notice.
Account Registration
You must register an account to access our services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: unauthorized access to systems, distributing malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, spamming, fraud, scraping in violation of a target site's terms of service, and any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited: (a) reselling or sublicensing our services without written authorization; (b) reverse engineering our infrastructure; (c) using our proxies to access child exploitation material or other illegal content; (d) circumventing geo-restrictions in violation of applicable law; (e) any use that damages the reputation or infrastructure of NodeProxies.
Billing and Payments
All fees are stated in USD and are due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and select cryptocurrency payment methods. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time and will apply to new purchases or renewals.
Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the service is materially non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. No refunds are issued for partially used bandwidth, expired plans, or services used in violation of these terms.
Subscription and Auto-Renewal
Some plans may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account dashboard. Cancelling auto-renewal does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Bandwidth and Usage
Your plan includes the bandwidth indicated at purchase. Unlimited plans are subject to a fair-use policy and may be throttled if usage is determined to be excessive or abusive. NodeProxies reserves the right to enforce usage limits to maintain service quality for all users.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on the NodeProxies platform are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your personal or business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Privacy and Data Collection
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may collect usage data to improve our service and enforce these terms.
Service Level and Uptime
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, and downtime does not automatically entitle you to refunds or credits.
Disclaimer of Warranties
NodeProxies services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
