Introduction & Commitment to Privacy
At NodeProxies, your privacy and data security are foundational to our mission. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and handle your personal information when you access our website, platform, and proxy network. By using NodeProxies, you acknowledge the data practices described in this document.
Zero-Logging of Proxy Traffic Content
We strictly adhere to a zero-traffic-content inspection policy. NodeProxies does NOT inspect, capture, record, or store the specific URLs you request, the payload data you transmit, or the contents of your web traffic passing through our proxy network. Our infrastructure operates as an encrypted transit gateway solely designed for routing performance.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to maintain account security and service availability: (a) Account Information: chosen username, encrypted password hash, and generated authorization tokens; (b) Transaction Information: payment amounts, timestamps, and provider transaction IDs; (c) Operational Metadata: aggregate bandwidth usage (bytes transferred), session timestamps, and device fingerprints used exclusively for multi-account abuse prevention.
How We Use Your Information
Collected information is utilized strictly to: (a) authenticate your account and route your proxy requests; (b) track bandwidth allocations and active subscription plans; (c) process balance deposits and plan orders; (d) detect and mitigate automated registration abuse, distributed attacks, or unauthorized account access; and (e) deliver critical system notifications and maintenance announcements.
Payment Processing & Financial Security
All fiat and cryptocurrency transactions are handled through certified, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (including Stripe and vetted cryptocurrency processors). NodeProxies never accesses, processes, or stores your raw credit card numbers or private payment keys on our servers.
Data Protection & Infrastructure Security
We implement industry-standard cryptographic measures to protect your account data. Authentication tokens and two-factor authentication secrets are encrypted using robust symmetric encryption algorithms. Databases are isolated within private serverless clusters with strict SSL/TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.
No Sale or Commercial Exploitation of Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data or usage metrics to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing syndicates. Data is never shared with third parties except as strictly required to fulfill payments or comply with lawful court subpoenas.
Cookies and Client-Side Storage
NodeProxies uses browser local storage and essential session cookies solely for user authentication persistence (keeping you securely logged in) and user interface preferences (such as theme and navigation states). We do not deploy third-party behavioral advertising trackers.
Data Retention & Account Deletion
Account records and historical transaction entries are retained for the duration of your active account to provide continuous dashboard analytics and financial auditability. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal identifiers at any time by contacting our support team.
User Rights & Global Compliance
Regardless of your geographical location, you have the right to: (a) access the personal information we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate profile data; (c) request erasure of your account details; and (d) export your usage and billing history. We respect GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy standards.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect infrastructure enhancements, technical advancements, or regulatory amendments. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of NodeProxies following published modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
